How do I return an item?

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Bella purchase. If you need to return or exchange an item, we've made it easy for you to initiate the process using our online Returns Center. Follow the simple step-by-step instructions to receive a pre-paid shipping label.

Please note: International orders and items marked as “Final Sale” cannot be returned or exchanged.

When will my refund get processed?

Please allow 5-10 business days for your return to be processed upon arrival at our warehouse. Please note that your refund may only be credited to your original method of payment.

What is your Return Policy?

Return shipping is on us! Items are eligible for return or exchange within 30 days of your ship date*. All items must be returned in its original condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered, tags attached) and in original packaging. To avoid delayed processing, returns must include the packing slip supplied upon shipment. Items marked as “Final Sale” cannot be returned or exchanged. 

*At this time we do not accept returns on International orders.
